First of all, when shopping for a router at cdw, i was put on the phone with a WatchGuard sales rep. He told me there was NO INDIAN TECH SUPPORT. This is one of the reasons i chose this router.

seemed to work great at first, but we restarted the unit and the wireless function dissapeared in the firmware.

sometimes it will lag for whatever reason, and webpages will take forever to load even google. I heard great reviews and after using it the product was terrible we had nothing but problems.
