Great product!

Great product!

Good product. Was just looking for something easy to keep the tons of video and family pictures on. It's pretty cool looking and feels very solid. It was larger than i thought it was going to be. It's about the size of a large hardcover book. It...

My Go-To drive for clients.

I am an IT consultant and have turned to these drives many times for clients that need cheap reliable storage that is portable. Unlike others that claim to have them fail, I have yet to have one show any signs of failure after hundreds of gigabytes of...

needs a faster connection

i bought it right away without reading much about it since i already had owned a couple of the smaller capacity versions of it and was very comfortable with their easyness of use... only to find this model lacks of firewire 400 and 800, making usb 2.0...

Good drive at a good price

Good drive at a good price

Be aware that this is a 3.5" drive, not the usual little 2.5" firewire/usb drives. So it's a bit larger, not quite as portable. But it works the same, and the eSATA port is a very nice addition for those of us with them installed on our computers....

Drive failing already

I bought the drive around 2 weeks ago. I ported all my data to it and now suddenly it's not working (computer won't recongize it). I have suffered a HUGE loss of data. When I pick up the drive I feel a strong magnetic field that wasn't there before....

USB or ESATA

I recently got a new laptop with an ESATA port. I use this hard drive to make periodical backups for my computer. My laptop has ~250GB worth of stuff on it, so it saves a lot of frustration for an impatient guy like me when the transfer speed is so...
