It's good...as long as it's working

I have had one of these for over a year and it worked well. Unfortunately it stopped working and I came up against the brain dead Hauppauge "customer service". Zombyish and without a clue they just kept sending the same old approved responses....

CRASH-REBOOT

This product produces very good tv images and was relatively straightforward to set up,however, it has kept crashing my laptop running XP and despite firmware updates the problem hasn't been ameliorated.
