This is a lovely colour kettle and quieter than my old one but the lid is quite hard to pull off, so the water inside the lid splashes everywhere as it comes off. The water gauge is VERY poor. The water does not rise up the gauge when filling it so you...

i didnt mind paying a what i considered high price to get the look of this stylish kettle but thought the high price should reflect in other ways too............... extremely noisy when in use so much so i have to shut the kitchen door!!!! expected...
