why does the dazzle i got of u record the vcr fuzzy lines?

i got a dazzle of u and when u haven't got no video in the vcr them fuzzy lines am on my tv and pinnacle dvd recorder on the the computer but u can see the normal picture ok but them fuzzy lines am on there what do i do?
