Logic3 LCD ProDock review

  by Chris Hall (pocket-lint.com) - Jun, 2010

pocket-lint.com

The Logic3 LCD ProDock is a simple dock that lets you plant your iPod or iPhone onto the top of it and watch any video content on your TV, or play music though your TV or a Hi-Fi system.

Simple, RF remote, works with other video content on your iPod or iPhone

Construction is a little cheap, remote a little small, unknown whether it will support HD content from iPhone 4

At £79 it might sound a little expensive for the simple task that it does, but we found it to be a useful accessory around the house, with the option of bringing video content to pretty much any television you might have

Logic3 i-Station Traveller for iPhone (IP104) speakers review

  by Stuart Miles (pocket-lint.com) - Nov, 2007

pocket-lint.com

So you've got your new iPhone and now you need some dedicated speakers for it. In steps Logic3 with its i-Station Traveller range designed specifically for Apple's new mobile phone, but are they any good? We get listening to find out. At £29.99 the...

Designed for the iPhone, battery powered, designed to cut down phone interference

No charging capabilities, don't sound that great

If you must have that dedicated iPhone feeling go for it, otherwise there are better speaker systems available on the market

Phatter than Fatman itself, Logic3's integrated valve amplifier and iPod dock comes complete with 50W speakers – for just £250

A higher quality amp than most digital music can handle, but let down by lifeless speakers

Logic3 Valve 80 iPod Dock & Speakers

  by Stuart Andrews (trustedreviews.com) - Dec, 2008

trustedreviews.com

Can Logic3's valve amp iPod dock better the Fatman?

A well-built, beautifully finished and decent sounding valve-based iPod speaker system, but one that's let down by the limitations of the bundled speakers. If you want the warm tone of valves and true Hi-Fi quality, the Fatman iTube remains your best bet.

Logic3 SoundStation3 Speaker System

  by Hugo Jobling (trustedreviews.com) - Jan, 2008

trustedreviews.com

If you think that the speakers in your TV aren't doing your PlayStation 3 justice, Logic3 thinks it has the answer.

All things considered the Logic3 SoundStation3 offer a consistently above average level of performance only let down by the dubiously stylish design, which I feel is very much a love it or hate it affair. Yes in some situations something like the...

Logic3 JiveBox review

  by Nate Lanxon (cnet.co.uk) - Nov, 2007

cnet.co.uk

For the price, Logic3's JiveBox is a very attractive speaker option. It sounds great even at high volumes and bass performance is impressive. It's by no means one for the audiophiles due to the lack of separation between channels, but for 95 per cent...

General sound quality ; Build ; Price ; Design ; Good bass ; Loud

Mid-range can be a bit muddy ; Bass radiator easily damaged

If you want more separation between your audio channels and almost equally good sound, check out Griffin's Amplifi. It's larger but remains one of our favourite iPod speaker systems and it's £50 cheaper than the JiveBox, too

Slip your iPod or iPhone into the Valve80 and its tube amplifiers will enhance its sound, adding more depth to your portable music collection. It'll even recharge your iPhone and iPod Touch while playing. Two RCA outputs lets audio fans connect it to...

Logic3 Valve80 review

  by Andrew Harrison (macworld.co.uk) - Feb, 2009

macworld.co.uk

The Logic3 Valve80 arrives, with big sound and retro looks. We put this iPod valve amplifier to the test.

Guitar geeks and audio obsessives everywhere will love the Logic3 Valve80's valves. These little glowing tubes of glass were the original means by which music was amplified, and purists maintain that they sound better than transistors.

Logic3 Valve80 review

  by Andrew Harrison (techworld.com) - Jan, 2009

techworld.com

The Logic3 Valve80 is an iPod sound system with a difference, using valves for a retro look.

The Valve80 covers similar ground to the Fatman iTube, another hybrid valve/transistor design. Once you acknowledge that the valves of the Valve80 are more for show than go, you can appreciate a well-made iPod sound system that gives reasonable volume...
